Terms governing use of the marketing site, the trial and enterprise quote requests, and trial accounts on the EU-hosted shared cloud.

Requests and quotes

Submitting a request does not create an account or a contract on its own. Arrakio evaluates requests and provides account details once a trial on the EU-hosted shared cloud is made ready. The credit balance included with a trial, and any limits on its use, are provided with the account when it is issued.

Use of the site

The marketing site and its diagrams and example projects illustrate product behavior. Demo projects are example work, not customer sites. Arrakio can be self-hosted, and the infrastructure, model providers, and storage configured by an operator determine where data and generated work are processed.

Enterprise hosting

Arrakio Cloud and enterprise deployments are arranged individually. Enterprise hosting is quoted per organization, and scope, support terms, and pricing are confirmed in an agreement rather than on this page.
