Privacy notice
This page describes how information submitted through the trial request and enterprise quote request forms on the marketing site is handled, and how to reach us: the forms are the only contact channel we offer.
Information we collect
When you submit a trial request, we receive your name, work email, organization, and a short description of what you want to build. When you request a quote for enterprise hosting, we additionally receive a message about what you want to host and, if you choose to provide it, a phone number. We use this information solely to evaluate your request, prepare an account or quote, and contact you about it.
How the forms are protected
Both forms are protected against automated submissions with an ALTCHA proof-of-work challenge. It runs entirely in your browser: the widget shipped with this site is loaded from our own domain, no third-party CAPTCHA service or tracking cookie is involved, and the challenge is computed locally. Submissions, and the verification proof attached to them, are delivered to our form handler at formhandler.arrakio.com.
How we use and store it
Form request details are held only as long as needed to process your request and to keep the contact record for follow-up. We do not sell this information or use it for marketing without your consent.
Where the trial runs
Trial accounts are hosted on Arrakio's EU-hosted shared cloud. On a self-hosted or enterprise deployment, the operating organization decides where project data is stored and which AI model providers or private model endpoints are connected.
Contact
For questions about this notice, or to request removal of your request information, use the trial request form . A request submitted there reaches the same team that handles these records.
The forms are the normal way to reach us. The one exception is a technical failure that prevents the form from sending at all: in that case the form itself offers a direct email address so your request is not lost. We do not publish that address on any page of this site, which keeps it out of automated address harvesting.
